The discussion will focus primarily on the annual and semi-annual financial statements to be included in the prospectus or other offering documents with an emphasis on current market practice and expectations. He will also summarize the ongoing reporting obligations for companies with traded equity securities. The discussion will include a comparison of Main Market versus AIM requirements.
