Chairman of Supervisory Board, Genezis Capital

One of the first and most experienced venture capitalists in Russia and Eastern Europe. In May 2011 he co-founded and became the Chairman of the Board of international hi-tech accelerator company TexDrive. It became the most successful private accelerator in Russia and CIS. Prior to that, he was a founder and head of venture capital division at investment branch of Allianz SE in Russia (4 venture funds with $170M committed capital under management). Maksim was also a first VP in one of the first venture funds in Russia set up by JSC Sistema and an advisor at RTI-Systems (leading air-space holding in Russia). In 2004-2005 Maksim founded private technoparks in Dubna and Sarov in the interests of business units of JSC Sistema. He is also Selection Committee member at Microsoft Seed fund and Member of Advisory Council of Russian Venture Company (a government fund of funds and a development institute of Russia).
Maksim invested in more than 60 companies in wide range of industries. He is the first venture investor of such companies as Tvigle Media, SearchInform, Seismoshelf, Innalabs and many others. In Tvigle Media Maksim was a Chairman from the origination of this company in 2007 till 2010. Nowadays it is the most successful online TV in Eastern Europe. Searchiform is a top DLP service provider in Russia and it was a startup when Maksim backed it in 2009.
