Reinhard Stary (born 1964) has got more than 20 years of international experience in leadership positions in Financial Services/Insurance, Consulting, IT Services, Real Estate Services and Private Equity. His more recent positions include CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of a Russian insurance company; Managing Partner of a new PE venture with a focus on CEE/CIS; strategic advisor to privately held Swiss and Russian based technology and service companies and Managing Director at Hussar & Co., a global New York based Corporate Finance Boutique.
Mr. Stary graduated from the Vienna University of Economics with an MSc in Economic and Social Sciences and holds a dual MBA degree from London Business School and Columbia Business School. He is married with two daughters. His interests include music, arts, contemporary literature, tennis and skiing. In 2011 he was awarded “Foreign Manager of the Year” in Russia by RBK Media Group.
