Director for Strategy and Capital Markets in “TMK” – one of the world’s top three producers of steel pipes for the oil and gas industry with 48,000 employees and more than 6 billion USD turnover. Mr. Baryshnikov is responsible for strategy, capital markets, investor relations, risk-management and credit ratings. He was involved in the following capital markets deals: TMK’s IPO (1 billion USD), Eurobonds (4 deals with total amount up to 2 billion USD) and convertible bonds (412 million USD). Before “TMK” he worked in “Sistema Telecom”, a part of “AFK Sistema” and “Norilsk Nickel” – the world largest nickel producer.
