Darina is an partner and head our in our capital markets practice in Moscow, and focuses on international capital markets and securities transactions. She regularly represents underwriters, issuers and placing agents in a variety of Rule 144A/Regulation S debt and equity offerings. Darina has particular experience with SEC-registered issuances, NYSE listings and registration matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Darina had been a member of the capital markets group at a magic circle firm in Moscow. In addition, Darina had been a member of the capital markets group at a leading law firm in New York where she represented underwriters and issuers in transactions involving commercial mortgage backed securities. She graduated from New York University School of Law (JD 2004).
