Andrei has over 10 years of experience in providing tax and legal advice to clients of metals&mining industry as well as to real estate, financial, banking clients. His project portfolio includes tax and legal support of foreign companies and private equity funds investing in the CIS markets (in particular, managing real estate projects, assets protection projects, and financing such projects), structuring of various cross-border and domestic transactions, tax risk assessment, agreed procedures, tax and legal due diligence. Andrei has significant experience in restructuring and preparation of companies for entering capital markets, including for IPO and issuing eurobonds.
